Program Requirements

CCF3 is a 32-bit program compatible with Microsoft Windows Me, 2000, XP, Vista, and Windows 7 (including 64-bit versions).  It is no longer compatible with Windows 95, 98, and early NT systems because these systems do not support UTF8 encoding, which is a new feature of CCF3. 

It requires 9 MB of RAM (available when you start the program) and at least 55MB hard drive space for installation.  Upgrades of existing installations will require another 55M of available disk space as a temporary working area during the installation.
